Steven Noora is a Filipino filmmaker focused on producing. Based in the Philippines, he studied Film at Mapúa University and currently works as a Junior Producer and Accounting Assistant, alongside project-based roles as a Production Coordinator and Field Cashier at Epicmedia Productions, Inc.

His experience spans the creative, legal, and financial sides of production, shaping a grounded and hands-on approach to storytelling.

His work is primarily driven by an interest in emotionally complex, character-driven stories, often exploring themes of identity, desire, and human contradiction through queer narratives. He is particularly drawn to stories that balance intimacy with cinematic scale.
